And that is what will stress me out the most on this project. Making sure that biolab is solid and fun. Been working on it for months now, can't wait until you guys play it :)

Provided it isn't any worse than the first...eg the generator at the top of the apex, then im sure it will be fine.

Yeah was just gonna say that. Don't put one of the key base objectives on the roof where defenders inside can't reach it. :p

Bio Lab fights in PS1 can actually be a helluva lot of fun if the attackers don't leg-hump the gen right away.

I always prefer HD too, and it's always torture when we get all these twitter pics that I just can't see in high rez. But I try not to complain because Higby can do these more frequent then "normal screenshots"

Arc, if it's not too confidential, is it a bottom-to-top fight with a big room for infantry battle at the top ?

It looks really really cool. Maybe my favorite base design/idea wise. Can't wait assaulting/defending in it.

Can't openly talk about it just yet but you can always ask Higby at the agn cast ;) you never know what he might tell you.

seeing how no one has asked the most important question about these base designs I will take the liberty to ask it.

do these Bases have the same extensive underground structures that we saw in PS or are we seeing the end of sub levels in PS2?

I think Higby did mention that at least the corridor-room-corridor design would be remove and it would be more about just room-to-room.

Perhaps that can hint something regarding your question, while it's not really about your question :D

two things: is the top of the bio lab a big greenhouse for infantry combat? and the shield is clipping outside of the arm things.

If I recall correctly, I think they have said base shield is related to gens in PS2? So maybe destroying the gen will open up a new attack route from above.

if you look at the 9 clip ( i think) you can see the objectives in the mossie hud that show a gate shield generator that can be destroyed

I'm afraid a VS-to-NC talk and the sheer awesomeness of purple might make him feel anxious about giving a straight answer... I think even Vanu himself would have trouble to know what Higby might tell us.

That was a bug that Higby was already yelling at me about, its been fixed :D The shield should be inside the arms.

An unattractive prospect. While researching for the role, I ran computer simulations demonstrating, incontrovertibly, that the whole bio-enclosure concept is fundamentally flawed. Be it expressed via dome, sphere, cube or even a stately tetrahedron, buddy!

I love how excited you are about it. I think that is frigging awesome. I absolutely cannot wait to check it out. Just from the screen shots we have seen so far it looks really cool.

Have you decided on layouts for the bases yet, or are you still toying around trying to find good ones?

Also, will a AMP station always be a AMP station, means base types share the same layout, or will each base have its own indoor layout?

Yea i know, pestering u with questions again n stuff. But if you gimme some answers, i shall provide you with good music again! ;)
