No, 6 foot MALES aren't weird at all on earth. I am about 6'2" but I am not a female. 6'2" is an astronomically rare height for a female here on planet earth.

I love women of all shapes and sizes. Hell, I dated a girl who was 4'11" for almost 2 years. Not really into the model type per se since I tend to find myself attracted to women who are more curvy.

But there's something to be said about being able to gaze into a woman's eyes on the dance floor or in while a warm embrace without having to strain my neck or hunch over in order to do so.

If they were going to be 4'0 or 7'5 I'd understand, but 6'2 is fairly normal, especially considering the world's population is thought to be getting taller (slightly), so 6'2 in the future where Planetside takes place might be utterly average.

whit risk of sounding like the anti-joke chicken but humans have grown taller during history and since Planetside is more than half a milennia forward in time it is not impossible for women to have grown taller, so infact it could be the men that are suprisingly short for being men?
on another note, up here in north of europe (sweden and norway) you can from time to time see really tall women. When I served in the army there were quite alot of tall women, infact the tallest in the company was a girl, i think she was 6'4'' och something :)

Our nutrition requirements tend to be met in first world nations. Human females will on average always been about 5.5 feet in height unless someone were to selectively breed humans at some point or otherwise modify their genome.

Also, Norway and Sweden both have 5'5" - 5'6" or so as the average female height. Women aren't huge over there or anything. Bigger than the average here in Canada (~5'4") but over 6' is still pretty uncommon for women even in Scandinavia.

My last girlfriend was a model and she was 5'10, i'm just under 6'2. She was delighted that she could wear heels with me and not dwarf me.
