11mb patch, but won't start downloading?

The launcher started downloading a 11mb patch today, but it just doesnt progress anywhere. Anyone have similar issues or know how to fix it?

Aha! After 9 hours of trying to patch 11mb, I realized that I had to start the launcher as admin.

Without admin it will still launch game fine and all that, but wont patch.
