I just saw the new beta journal. It was cool but one thing suprised me. That mosquito spits out some massive bullets! I figured when they said it was a light recon craft with a chaingun that it would be weak. Those look like they kill infantry in one shot. Will the tr's chaingun be that powerful?

I think that is a Reaver letting loose some serious rockets. Was about to post this myself.

Indeed, Reavers may need skeeters to accompany them.

It's not hard. I will go in a Reaver against Skeeters. When you run into Mr. Armor P. Rocket, you will be blown into bits.

Reavers also have a 20mm machine gun that can probably take out 'skeeters in fairly short order. Reaver has heavy armor, and Mosquitoes only have a 12mm(roughly .50 cal).

Skeeters are hugely faster and more manuverable. SmokeJumper was talking about being hunted by a Mosquito and having to fly low in a forest (in a Reaver, no less) to evade.
Assume same skill level the skeeter will come out victor most of the time. Skeeter is more agile and faster, reaver's rockets are dumbfire so they won't help much in a dogfight.
