Anyone know what the best combo of things to do to have the best chance of getting pulled into Beta?

1. PS1 Active account
2. PS1 Vet (no active account)
3. PC Gamer Code

Which one of these things or combo do you think is the best for the best odds of getting into beta?

As long as you've signed up on the official site and have subscribed to planetside at any point in time, all you can do is wait. Having an active subscription or PC gamer key is moot at this point.

What if you stack? Like I signed up for beta when it first was announced. I have a active subscription. If i try to put in a PC gamer article and associate it with my account will it help me or screw me over with some technical glitch.

You know what would be awesome... If a dev came on here and said something like this "Beta is soon" "Probably within the next 1-2 months"... gosh that would be so thoughtful of them. :P

A beta key is a beta key I'd gather.

They'll probably email keys out of PS subscribers at some point before they make the beta live. Perhaps PS-vet keys get a bit of early access compared to PCGamer keys...may be they'll be at the same time.

The keys will be assigned to times when you can get in. As Beta progresses, more will be allowed in.

There's lots of female's that work at SOE think of Danica and PerfectStorm. Though they might not go for a guy like you and it might make their S/O's angry :rofl:

I like the larger beta tests as I feel they get more done, especially in this type of game!

"Tomorrow is Leap Day! How are you spending your extra 24 hours? Are we rolling out something special? What do you think it will be? -Danicia"

Perhaps a hint at beta? Or is there something else rolling out that I am missing.

Considering the percentage of players at Fan Faire 2011 who even knew what PlanetSide was I doubt many will even login from there. :lol:

it´s time for cosmical to make a beta comic ;-)

i imagine something like a gimp (full leather,ball in mouth,etc.) with the word BETA cut out on his leathersuit on the back, being violently chased by a 3 faction army ;-) (especially some vanu with fishons)

From what little we know for sure, it does sound like you are either "on" or "off" the priority list, and any one of those four will get you "on" the list.

Personally I would like to see preference given for those who have an active PS1 account older then Xxx Days. Considering PS1 is still a premium monthly nut of $14.99 and should have gone free to play by now, you should throw those of us a bone who are still paying to play the best FPS MMO on the market.

They really need to give us an estimate on when beta is planned or something about beta.. the hype may fade into the darkness if they don't! :confused:
