are Hipsters?

/semi-troll thread. I mean, I really don't entirely understand. 10 people I asked all told me different things.

Never ever had a single thought that I would get old in such an early age... :(

Someone who liked something before it was cool and only likes things underground.

This.

It can be argued that everyone tries to act a bit hipster, without even knowing what it means. You always want to say that you liked something before someone else, just to be first.

Saying you liked something before it was popular isn't a hipster thing. People have been proud of liking bands before they were "mainstream" since long before hipsters were a thing. Really, I'd say hipster is mostly about ascribing to the latest dumb fashion trend amongst college-age kids. It's just the next phase of the constantly evolving fashion habits of weak, trendy people who have yet to become adults.

A hipster is a word you put on a forum to get everyone arguing about what it means

They are the guys that wear the tight emo jeans and low ride them with a belt that's not even threw the belt loops.
Almost emo and not quite prep.

Oh! And they are fucking obsessed with wearing beanies, year round.
