The Smith & Wesson M&P .357 Sig. looks promising, but I want to know if anyone else has a suggestion. I'll consider anything that isn't a Glock or an imitation Glock... damn things might as well be made by Apple.

The Smith & Wesson M&P .357 Sig.:

Have you considered going to a .45? Springfield Armory has some real nice selections:

Why .357, though? Unless you wanna be a hipster? :D

.357 just feels more balanced to me... no other way to describe it. I've use .40s, .44s, .45s, and more 9mms and .38s than I care to admit... I curse the M-9 to this day.

I wanted avoid yet another revolver, which means not much selection for Mr. .357 lover... lol

Get a .40 Walther P99 and put in a .357 Sig barrel?

(I really want a PPQ)
