So Micheal Bay was alking around the other day, wondering on what to do with his next 80s/90s series movie remake thing to cash in on nostalgia.

And he decided to ask a random stranger for advice on how to make a property like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles "popular".

And therefore:

Of course, it fits perfectly in a long tradition of saying: "Well, that series was extremely popular all over the world and why we want to make a movie out of it, but we will just have to rewrite it to make it acceptable for the mass audience".

Sooooo. What's Bay's or Hollywood's next project after this? Thundercats (they're really mutants)? Dinoriders (they're really mammals)? M.A.S.K.? C.O.P.S.? Starcom? Care Bears? Teddy Ruxpin? Freggles? Snorks? :o

I dunno, you name it and what would Hollywood do with it. :)

I heard rumors that he's planning his next film to be about Paddington Bear.

But get this, he's a hardened Vietnam veteran with a general dislike for everyone and he utterly HATES marmalade.

I hate to be that guy, but...

My Little Pony.

He'd piss off so many people for so many different reasons, I have to wonder why he's not already started work on it.

I'm ok with all these remakes more then most, but changing a core concept of the story is fubar.

They're no longer "teenage". That word was dropped from the title. It's more of a human term anyway, it would be weird if these aliens had the same exact lifespan as us. I guess they could be an adolescent version of the aliens' youth, but it's just not the same, why would they act like human teenagers?

Mutant, is also gone from the title. How can we call something from space mutated? How are we to know what's "normal" on alien planets?

Ninja is still in the title, so now we have space ninjas.

Turtles, their space turtles.... and their ninjas....

He's not the writer but, Michael Bay you son of a bitch

Oh dear. The anti-feminist possibilities for Bay. :x

This guy just loves to cash in on properties us young-adults enjoyed as children. Transformers movies were shit and this will be as well.
