This has struck me to write a little bit of whats on my mind.

At this point in time, SOE, Particulalrly The Dev's and Marketing, Have been tremendously generous with the community. The fact that we have 100+mb of in game footage, 100's upon 100's of screenshots, A very active Dev team.
The dev team has participated in two dev chats, a shoutcast, and come in on there own free time to chat. We have a webcam in the dev's office. Where else have you seen that? But the fact that people whine and moan when we dont get a new screenshot each week baffles me. We have so much information on the game, i wouldnt be surprised if the first time we walked into the game we would feel like we knew the game inside out.

I wish people would thank the Dev's, Instead of cry and moan about the lack (gimme a break) of screenshots/movies.

Thanks Dev Team!! And marketing!

Note: This reply was something that has been on my mind, mostly because of whats been said on the official forums. In no way shape or form am i trying to say the members of the PSU forums whine about lack of screenshots, because quite frankly, we dont :)

Ill thank the dev team, but didnt marketing change the NC slogan to Anarchy over Opression?

GOOD JOB DEV TEAM! now make marketing read up on the game first.

Just so you know it wasn't always like this, In fact Information and screens were very scarce a few years ago, we got 2-6 screens released a month, for about 5-6 months. Then it was a massive drought of Info and Screens for almost 1.5 years. Learn some history, and I'd contribute most of this Wealth of Information due to the soon to be released nature of the game for marketing reasons.

Duh it wasnt always like this, They didnt want to release to much info when the game was in such early stages of development, thats like releasing pictures of a car thats half built, its nothing to look at, they didnt even have a build of the game to take screenshots from, they were just art, gimme a break eternal

I've always said I would rather have a cert tree or beta over media, so eh, I've gotten neither.

I don't disagree though, there is a lot of info out there for the current stage the game is in.

He does have a good point the developers are definitely more active in this game then any other game I have seen, most of them don't say anything for weeks at a time.. Kind of sad really

The more you give, the more they wan't.
I'm very happy about all the information we have about the game at this stage, but I wouldn't mind more :D

This looks like it is going to be a great game... but the only thing is is that you cant always rely on real poeple... there are going to bo alot of poeple that wont help out and will go their own way, i hope it ends up to be more of a team game...

as for the devs....... THAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANK YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I done a bit of fps game develoeping myself (well not realy, i just made the level loader and renderer and the camera movments then the time based stuff made my brain exlpode) and its not easy at all, very smart poeple they are
