I'd say its a related tweet since its the engine that runs Planetside 2. Just like the color pallets for the empires aren't specifically Planetside 2 tweets, even though you decided to make an entirely new post for the Nanite Systems color pallet instead of just updating the already existing one you made four days ago (http://www.planetside-universe.com/showthread.php?t=40871).

The empire pallets are specifically Planetside 2 content, vs. Forgelight being an engine that is being used to develop multiple games. I considered adding the Nanite Systems pallet to my empire pallet thread, but Nanite Systems is not an empire.

There's no where else to post it. Its an integral part of PS2, if there was more information on how forge light worked it would be relevant.
Dont be a twat and lets drop it.

Discussing the technicality of it being in the wrong forum, Planetside 2 Discussion vs. The Lounge or General Gaming (most appropriate) is one thing. Being immature about it is another.

Agreed. Come on SOE, anyone could make a more inspired logo than those. It does speak to me though. You know it says? "hmmm.... Did I leave that screw driver in the basement? Hmmm... Maybe it's in the shed... Ya, I'ma go out to the shed and look for it...".
Perhaps it is inspiring after all!

I dunno, compared to other engine logos I'd say it's above average.

Sorry, but logo's for graphics cards, game engines and studios at the start of a game are just three reasons why the escape key was invented imo :)
If I'm enjoying a game, I will already know who or what was responsible for making it :)

Presumably we will be seeing "Powered by Forgelight" every time we load up the game.
Looks good to me.

I think the logo is lacking personally. But that being said .. who gives two shits about the engine logo anyways? lol
