I de-subbed for that reason.
was still -almost- playable at 230ms in europe but had a lot of +20sec disconnections and lag...no more worth it...
I have a 100up-100down mbit optic fiber connection,it's just the soe server that suck/is too far. i lag less playing with eastern russians in bf bc2 (90ms).
so i went back to noobtubing until they fix it (hard to believe they ever will...).

Ever since they moved I occasionally get 'Connection to server lost' message but it usually comes back fairly quick. Just annoying as hell, especially if your in a busy fight already. And I live in Texas FFS...

Lol, I'm in Texas, too, and I get pings of 40 or less to pretty much all of North America - except to Gemini which manages a whopping 230. Or at least it did a year ago (when I desubbed). There are some Asian BF3 servers that I get better ping to (180 ms to a Chinese server full of hackers anyone?).

It may for him, but I'm not so sure. I'm two states over to the East, now I get stupid connection pop-ups all the time. It's pretty ridiculous.

Was it moved to the west? Further from the UK?

Fairly certain it was moved to Vegas. You can do traceroutes on the IP to see for sure.
