Just wondering if they are going to bring back the Vehicle Tears with a Tech-facility DropShip Center that they used to do.
In the old Planetside this is what I considered the tiers
Tier 1 Aircraft and Vehicles that can be produced at any base.
(Though I considered that Wasps and SkyGuards should have been in this one.)
Tier 2 Aircraft and Vehicles that require the Tech Facility to aquire.
Tier 3 Battle Frame Robotics and Aircraft that can only be aqqured at a DropShip Center.

I don't think they've confirmed that there will be limitations on which vehicles you can pull at a certain base, but we have seen some recent screenshots that show small vehicle pads and much larger ones that could be used for a Galaxy, and those giant pads may only be in certain areas.
Since vehicles won't cost resources to pull, I am assuming there will be some other strategic elements (apart from cooldowns) to prevent people from constantly pulling Galaxies and tanks.

Vehicles don't cost resources? You sure? What's the point of accumulating shit? You won't spend it all on sidegrades

Lol vehicles do cost resources to pull^ @headcrab
I hope they will do that, and they probably will, I think they confirmed gals can only be pulled at certain bases but I could be wrong @marine

I hope so, its just another meta-way of making certain bases/facilities more strategically important.
If one team can hold all of the possible galaxy spawn facilities they deny an important tactical opportunity to the enemy, and knowing this, the enemy will organise and start an epic battle over it.

MBTs and Galaxies, apparently. (Either at Tech Plant or Warp Bubble).

I think galaxies can be spawned from every empire foothold on each continent. It is impossible to deny an empire use of certain vehicles.

Well okay, but at least make it less convenient for them.
I do believe Mr H has stated something along the lines of (paraphrased) "So if the VS all turn up with railguns on their magriders and start punishing you, then you know that to get railguns, you need resource x, so you capture the territory that produces that resource and suddenly, they can't attack you with those anymore."
So it sounds like you can deny the enemy some things by holding some other things.

I wish they would explain this a bit more. Denying an entire empire the benefits of a magrider is a big deal.

Not the vehicle itself, just one of the upgrades to it I believe.
