He always sneaks something else in. Lasher?
EDIT: That's gotta be a Lasher, totally calling it.

Are those default iron sights? Not seeing any floating crosshairs. Liking the rail they're mounted on.

Very much reminiscent of a hind.

im liking the general look, however i think the gunner cockpit doesent fit. i would like something more streamlined not a dome that sticks out.

It definitely has a beefier stance than the PS1 liberator.

Looks a bit like an Osprey doesn't it?

Wait that's an independant chin gun.
So there is a front gunner or does the pilot control it?

the liberator look amazing! i guess i found my vehicle of choice!
Pilot controls the front gun I believe has already been stated.
Are those wings folded up or is it just the point of view were seeing it from makes it look odd?
Also, that weapon shape does look a little similar to the original Planetside Lasher, although it seems far to high to be hip-firing so I would imagine that it is something else entirely. The newer pulsar design perhaps?

The Pilot dives on the target firing his gun. When he pulls up the gunner on the belly cannon gets his shot. The tail gunner is most likely for AA.
The entire wing swivels now instead of just the engine nacelles.

Is it a 3 man vehicle? I was under the impression that it's a two seater
When we first started hearing about the Lib I think it was announced as a 2 peron craft. However, based on all the recent screenshots, there is clearly 3 positions available.
Maybe our feedback hard at work? ;)

Yeah, it's still a 3-man vehicle.
I like that lib... gonna be spending a lot of time piloting that... There IS something very Osprey-ish about it that makes it look just that much more meanacing.

Yeah, I keep thinking the same thing... It just looks a little bit too vulnerable.

The way I figured it, the pilot controls the missiles (the replacement for bombs, sort of like how drivers control a tanks main gun now).
Then the gunner controls a chin gun and the tail gunner controls the tail gun.
I don't think we have gotten any kind of confirmation on this.
Also, I'm wondering if the pilot sits in the front seat or the top seat. If the pilot controls the missiles and the gunner controls the chin gun, it seems like it would make more sense to have the gunner sit close the the gun he's controlling.

In, PS, tail gunner seated above the pilot... There wasn't thus kind of rules.
In reaver, the chin gun is a front monted gun only (at this point). I guess it's the same for the Lib (and as it was before)

I suppose it will work having the gunner control the rockets, as long as they are either lock-on or are laser guided to strike wherever the gunner is looking.
Actually, laser guided missiles would be a lot of fun, and would make a lot of sense as the PS2 substitute for bombs.

No. The cockpit look is very reminiscent of a WWII bomber. Considering the lib is designed to be a gunship this is very fitting.

I still hope they get round to implementing a bomber option post release, maybe as a side grade.

I'm almost 100% sure that the pilot controls the chin gun, the primary gunner controls whatever belly-mounted weapon is chosen, and the secondary gunner controls the tailgun.
