I looked at the two jump pad polls, and they didn't really do it for me. Evilpig's poll (here: http://www.planetside-universe.com/showthread.php?t=41284) is pretty close as to whether people think they should be included or not, and people have various reasons.
I wanted to explore whether people are in favour of jump pads because they are the alternative to having nothing, or against them because they are an inferior solution to something else.
With that in mind, I've come up with a few options that I could think of for the ability to move around bases.
Add comments or other suggestions for the likely options I didn't think of.
