Seeing lots of air combat on TB's videos recently has got me thinking, how well will the game support multiple control inputs (i.e. kb+m, gamepad, joystick) at the same time? Lots of pc games often only support 1 controller type at a time, but when there's lots of quick transitions between infantry combat and vehicle combat, being able to swap just by moving your hands is better than going into the menu while you're getting shot. A good recent example is Saint's Row 3 on the PC - driving along in a car using a Xbox 360 gamepad, then get out and start shooting with keyboard and mouse. Just wondering if this will be possible in PS2, because it makes life so much easier as you can use the best control device for the right situation without getting killed while you're going through the menu to change the options.

I would pretty much guarantee it. A game like this doesn't work if you have to manually switch control schemes every time you enter or exit a vehicle. (I can't recall any games I've had to do this in.)

A bigger concern is will I be able to unbind my mouse from the flight controls? Nothing I hate more than bumping my mouse with my arm or something mid-flight and spinning out of control.
