All of it.

Anything not too pricey and decent for gaming

n/a

8. What are you looking for the motherboard to have feature wise? Like SLI, Crossfire, Firewire, USB 3.0, Sata 6.0 Gb/s, and so on.

I'm not too much concerned about having the most high end PC, I just want to be able to play PS2 and be able to run the settings on high or just below it. There's a pretty good chance I'll be using this PC exclusively for PS2 and possibly some homework.

Thank You in advance for your assistance.

This is what I came up with:

From Newegg:

Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - $49.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153)
Samsung by Seagate Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ/ST500DM005 500GB - $79.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152181)
Acer G205HVbd Black 20" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor - $89.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009314)
EVGA 01G-P3-1361-KR GeForce GTX 460 - $139.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130749)
SONY Black SATA DVD-ROM Drive - $17.00 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827118031)
Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W - $59.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371030)
G.SKILL Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 - $39.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231424)
BIOSTAR B75MU3+ LGA 1155 Intel B75 - $69.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138357)

From Micro Center in Atlanta:

Core i3 2100 - $89.99 (http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0359809)

From MS:

Windows 7 Professional 64-bit - $64.99 (http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msstore/en_US/pd/Windows-7-Professional-Upgrade/productID.216644200?Icid=Student_Main_Win7ProUpg_F eatImage)

Total = ~$700 not including shipping/taxes

I would recommend adding more funds to this. Although since you are not ordering for a few months video card prices are probably going to be changing and there is still a few that need to come at your price point. Don't take this as a final build, because chances are the CPU, GPU, and maybe even the monitor can be switched out.
