This is the first I've heard of it. I'm going to say it's crap for the most part. I can see them asking for no heckling though. But seriously, if he's giving a speech to the European Parliament, should he really have to request that?? What kind of outfit are these guys running that allow heckling during a visitor's speech?? We'd never invite someone to speak to the senate and then heckle them. Just seems odd that there would even be the need to ask that. :confused:

Well first off, just because he asked doesn't mean it was gonna happen.

If i asked for PSU to please not ban any BOHICAs it doesn't mean they did or plan to. :)

Second i assume (and hope :D) he meant protests from the people, last time i checked peaceful protests were "allowed" in any free country.
