They gave out 45 days to all previous customers when Sony got hacked and there was quite a bit of downtime.

Sorry if this has been posted but for those of you with Active did you receive an email notification? Having trouble logging into SOE but I figured it was worth asking to clarify

mine says active and i did get an email saying

"Thank you for signing up for the PlanetSide 2 Beta game testing and redeeming your priority Beta access code! Once we begin allowing access into Beta, your priority code will award you some of the earliest access available.*

I did get an email saying basically "We will email you again when beta is at hand so you can sign NDA and download client" etc, but I don't know if it's directly related to saying "ACTIVE".

Ah, I see. I'm a sad panda because I played Planetside 1 for years when it came out but I can't remember a single thing about what account that was on. I was 13 :(

So now I'm stuck hoping I get into the beta by chance

I have an account that had planetside 1 on it but I still haven't been marked as active or gotten any email. Is there any email we can contact to find out if we've been overlooked or if something has gone wrong?

It has this if you registered a PCGamer beta key.

If the rumour going around is true then you will get invited to beta when the PCGamer keys are activated, the vets will have been in beta for a while before that happens.
