Having fought in that battle, I have to give the NC their props. They had a huge disadvantage and an unexpected contingency in fighting off troops from both directions. But they met the challenge. It was a pretty hard road for the Vanu to get close enough to finally destroy the NC AMS.

The Vanu sneaked past NC defenses and captured the AMS in the back,then they attacked form both sides.The only "advantage" here was the vanus strategy.

Yar, that was a good startegy. But then again, it was nothing special because the Vanu are supposed to be smart right? so for them that was just normal. For the NC it was absolutely brilliant.

Did any one who posted play in that beta event? If not, you weren't there. So how can you judge the tactics of one side over the other and see what the disadvantages were? Besides you don't know the players skills and neither do I. The Vanu won, big deal, as long as both sides put forth there best efforts then it was a well deserved win. Fight to the last man NC, make a come back and kick some arse.

I concur. Jeebus, I went back to the OFs after several months of absence to look at the reactions, and it was all Vanu people saying "Vanu pwnz vanu pwnz nc sux loozers!" And then accused an NC saying it was largely because a terran clan was fighting as vanu that they won, and they accused HIM of posting like a 12 year old. God I hat these people, and hope that I can knife them in game.

Well,first of all,they were in heated battle.Second,maybe the vehicle factory wasn't near,and third,they couldn't get organised with all those lasers flying around.

It was hacked!
While Zanzibar was creating his post,a crude Vanu-hating hacker changed the NC sucks signs to NC rocks toh he couldn't change them all,thus creating A CONSPIRACY THAT GOES TO THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF JUSTICE!!!*pant*pant*pant*
