Hi guys !
What about a special server where you die twice faster ? adding more difficulty, requiring more teamwork ?

that would split the player base, and it would be less fun because the population of the HC server would be low compared to the normal server. I don't think this would work very well :(
I don't think breaking the playerbase up would be a good idea. Instead, I would prefer we create a balance, possibly slow down combat just enough that it requires teamwork and planning in order to be successful.

I like the idea but the game by design requires team work - I am hoping that only a couple of servers exist at launch to maximise the big fights.
I would join a hardcore outfit and play that way

Ex: Dying faster week end, no aircraft week end, dying slower week end ect

Nice try ! But if you were actually serious with such a suggestion, know that Hardcore is not about TTK.
You want hardcore, disable the frag log and map info about enemy positions.

Good idea, that way people who can only play on weekends get shafted and forced to play a shit version of the game that doesn't play well.:groovy::groovy::groovy:

How does dying faster require more teamwork? Making hacks take longer or much slower respawn times those might actually require more teamwork. Dying faster not really. Just makes it easier to effectively camp and farm kills since your dropping more people before you have to reload lol.
Really the only alternate server I would like to see is a subscriber only server.

Well not every week end, and not only on week end, sometime week day too, or just thursday, just to vary gameplay between new content

I wouldn't play on that day then. Im supposed to be able to do what ever my hearts content is to do. I don't want to be forced to do something I'm not certed into, or not able to do very well. Something Double XP weekend is a good idea, maybe 1 every month. If anything CoD did right, it was that. Its a good incentive to get people to play too.

Also instead of a stamina bar, someone punches you in the mouth.
Already had this talk before (http://www.planetside-universe.com/showthread.php?t=38835&highlight=hardcore+server). Didn't get anywhere, so I'm locking this. These servers will be holding thousands of players. You cannot be splitting them up into specialized ones.
