Closed beta in a few weeks then 2 weeks after closed beta LAUNCH open beta will launch.

OR....

Closed beta in a few weeks then 2 weeks after closed beta FINISH (Could be months) open beta will launch.

Could be soon, could be not.

It's best not to assume anything about beta or launch.
