man i dont know why but that choose your empire screen makes me want to plkay the game more than ever lol.

And the map doesnt matter, you warp between islands, you don't fly to em.: ) As along as the portals dont cross its the same, but eaither way its kool.

Take a look at the pic where the character is at the Equiment Terminal. His squad members are listed along the top....take a look at No. 7 :)

Did anyone notice the name has been changed back to sweeper shotgun instead of flechette rifle or whatever. Sounds more masquline anyway.

Yeah they've been messing with that name for a while now. Flechette sounds better though.

Personally i like Sweeper Shotgun. Just gives the impression that i can mow down a room. Flechette sounds....weaker. Smaller i guess.

The pictures are good, but pretty low quality compared to some others I've seen. Good preview though.

I realize the following link will refer to a gamespot screenshot update from 1/27/03, but I'm behind the times by a bit as I just found out about PlanetSide a week ago (gamespy is good for something). Does the following image show a Deliverer, Sunderer or a vehicle that isn't in the game anylonger?

By the by, I'm really glad I found out about this game, so much so I'm finally updating my rig past a Tribes 2 spec system. That's the last game I really got into. (and the last game I could run at full graphics resolution)
