Is there a way to customize PSU forums?

I tried looking under FAQs and under CP but couldn't find any option. Is there an option to change the PSU skin to something brighter? My main problem is that when loading a new page, there is always a blank white screen in between the old and new pages. This is of course for nearly every website out there, but because PSU has a dark background (only one that I frequent regularly), the brief quarter second flash of white sears my bad eyes, especially when going back and forth between threads. Keeping the background an even white would help my bad eyes! This hurts especially when browsing at night in a low light room.

As of right now no we only have one skin.

You ought to get someone to fix that. Factional color schemes. Black/Blue, Purple/Black, Red/Black.
