Those little keyword links to the wiki you put in are pretty good, but that little icon next to them is really getting annoying, if you have a decnet sized bit of text it gets flooded with them.
Is there a way to leave the wiki links but kill the icon, so it's just a text thing?

Possibly.. but then how would you know it's a wiki link. Perhaps another shade of the link color or something?

Is it possible to deactivate the PSU link for the tech forum? Every time someone asks about a power supply unit (PSU), it gets linked to the PSU wiki page.

Yea change it to another colour sounds good, it's got mouse over text anyway and once you've worked out what it does once you dont really need the icon again

any way to make it link to any one wiki page once? because with all of the people talking about their Outfit, between the TR and the VS and the NC, linking to each page about Outfit structure and the TR and the NC and the VS each time they're mentioned on PSU is going to make it so that every post on PSU is filled with an insane number of wiki links about Outfits, The TR, The NC and The VS.
Its annoying. See what I did there? They're almost as annoying as the VS Lasher or the VS Beamer or Starfire MAX. Maybe there should be a MAX number of wiki links to the PSU wiki per post? Ideally, wiki links to the PSU wiki are as unobtrusive as a Cloaker, but right now are as glaring as a Vindicator Sunderer Variant or a Prowler Main Battle Tank.

Due to large performance issues with attempting to do only the first instance of each word, it currently needs to replace them all.
Still a big work in progress, it will continue to change some more, and that is certainly something I would like to accomplish. Just wait to see how spammy it is when I add the wanted pages :p

Mistar Gryphon here made some more tweaks to the style of the wikilinks.

off topic here hamma, what are the tags for embedding you tube on this board?

Just post the link to the youtube video in your post and it will auto-embed.

does it pick up youtu.be links that are generated when you link to a specific time? as it didn't when i posted something in the PS music thread earlier

Has to be the full link just like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=trM-dSh4x3U
I disabled it in this post but that would appear embedded.

it has to be the raw link you cannot use time codes with it, or the player_embedded tag. Only the one I posted above will work.

Would it be possible to have a way of disabling wiki links? I don't like the override, if I want to use the wiki, I will go to the wiki manually.
