Will there be a return of the cloak shield?

why is that, it's a tactical way to spawn troops and is in no way stopping your game play.

I would love to see it make a return. Have it as a trade off to weapons on the galaxy. That way when it deploys it cloaks. Same principle as the AMS. I wouldn't even mind it for the Sundy as long as it looses its weapons. It would make it easy to hide FOB's out in the middle of no where.
