you do need a cert to DRIVE the harasser but you don't need one to shoot the gun

The Harasser is one vech that i would insist requires a cert. Infact my only problem is the AMS and the high cost of the misquito. The AMS should be cheap, 1 cert point. The misquito should def not cost 3 points. Its a scout craft just like the wraith and basilisk.

Nope. It's air-superiority. With even skill, it supposedly can take out anything else in the air 1-on-1 because of its mobility. Pilot courses take a long time, as well. Air Force has longest training by far, pretty sure. Unless there's some military job I have momentarily forgotten.

Yeah, Reaver supposed to be way too slow to dogfight Skeeters. Mostly used for anti-tank, and maybe taking out Galaxies.

It's a medium speed vehicle I hear, so it should go a little slower than a harraser.

POINT: Just wanted to note that these numbers you are throwing around was pulled out of someone's butt. They have no true application to the game. All we know is "a majority of certs are 2-3 points". There has never been an official release of a cert tree breakdown, and is something they state is currently constantly in flux.

That is 100% correct. Every cert cost I use in my Calculator was complete guessing.
However, you can change those numbers yourselves....
