Pounder was hilariously broken though. The only reason it didn't completely destroy the game was the alt-fire-double-decimator trick that allowed you to fire 2 decimators very quickly at them and drop them (both the pounder and the double deci were nerfed soon after).

Would love for TB to be hired to do voice macros that we can buy in SOE shop. So far TB has been the lucky charm of PS2.

I disagree, unless you don't count developers as 'lucky charms.' (And if that is the case than I'd argue that TB has been the only charm, so its kinda silly to say the incumbent ran for office unchallenged and won.)

However, if SOE employees count as lucky charms I think the quirky, gregarious personality of Higby is what really amped me up for PS2 (besides being an 'ol fan of PS1). Watching the streams of Higby showing-off and/or explaining this game and how he spoke about it; you could see the excitement & anticipation in his voice and his body language. It was clear he was excited about this game beyond being part of its development.

Totally agreed about Higby, though I must admit TB has brought a new and different air of excitement to PS. He's the outsider and the vet who is casting the game and showing it to the world in a fun, candid way.

I've greatly enjoyed his streams and videos and think partnering with him was one of the best decisions they've made. E3 was exciting, but TB made it truly awesome, and entertaining. I probably would have skipped right over the cactus had TB not highlighted it's callous disregard for empire loyalty. I laughed a lot watching those streams, they were fun and Margaret and Clegg did a great job too.

So the value of TB on the TR should not be underestimated. He's the guy with the camera. TB is the TR Minister of Propaganda. He has the power to sway opinions far and wide. And he has witty comments that would make a great sound collection for the TR. He is the closest thing we have to a Higby or a T-Ray. As Brewko said, the rest of our TR brethren are doing covert ops for the strength of the Republic.
