how come the loing release date

2 months ago this game was 95 % done .... what could have happened to make the release date not march 31st?

Well, obviously they uncovered problems during beta which need to be fixed, or they were just lying.

That last 5% of any project (especially software) takes at least 10%- 20% of the total time. IF YOU ARE GOOD.

As an example, my Character Maker was 95% three weeks ago and it took three weeks to get to 95%. Its still not done. Obviously, I have yet to reach "good". :D

And id rather have a broken game iwth a 500MB patch instead of a game that comes out 2 mounths later with no patch, after all, if u dont got 28.8k it will only take 20 days, which is faster than 60 days, aight?

I urge everyone to keep in mind that the Station admits it's an estamate, and that they probably aren't in the loop with the dev team. Also keep in mind the E3 movie with the... content producer? said that the Q1 release date will probably be the very final day of the timeframe.

In summary: Don't listen to the Station, listen to the devs. I suspect the Station is just putting down a release date that's safe to they can start preorders because every other store is.
