Planetside really sucks with streaming, to stream at 720 I either have to play with <30fps or use screen region which makes my HUD flicker on the stream (but not ingame for some reason)... and that's with 4.5GHz 2500k, gtx570 sli, 120gb ssd raid0. Hopefully PS2 should be a little more stream friendly

Are you useing Xsplit?

I have a the same system as you apart from the SSD drive.

Try these.

Video Encoding

Present: Medium
Quality: 4
Resolution: 720p
Max Bit rate: 500/550
VBV Buffer: 600

(Note i have a Upload rate of about 0.88mbs)

Audio

Format: 44.100 16 bit Mono
Bit rate: 40K

Under view: goto frame rate and set it to 24fps or try 20fps.

I hope this helps. With these i stream with 720 with no ingame fps lag.

Doesn't the low quality/bitrate kinda defeat the purpose of streaming at 720...?
