9 years ago today i started my account,man its been a blast,i will miss you PS1,when it all starts,here's to another 9 years of ps2 :drunk:

You know, it's guys like you that make me hate myself for not sticking with the game after the BFRs came out.

I've been subbing for the last few months and I feel like a freakin' moron for not staying in the game and giving it all the love it deserved.

Thumbs up to you and all of the vets who hung in there. Planetside 2 is in no small part thanks to you guys. We all owe you a debt.

I feel same I stuck around after BFR's still loved the game but at time I was part of a multi gaming clan and leader of PS1 section. Friends slowly stopped playing and in end I followed.. always came back for 2-4 months every year since then though, Just wish I gave it even more love.

its kinda silly they give you nothing as a 9 year vet

They stop giving merits/rewards after 6 years of character age.

ie when they stopped even token development of the original.

I don't think anyone can blame us for leaving - I've been amazed to see the SOE still running the server the past 4 years. However it turns out they were considering overhauling the game during that time so...
