Subscribing today?

So, I never had an account of my own for PS1. I always just played at my friend's house while he played CS or something. Of course this means that I don't really benefit from the 30 days free and early beta access. I was wondering...if I subscribe today will it mark me down for early beta access since technically I am a PS1 subscriber? Was there a cutoff date a while back for this?

We just dont know, but it cant hurt to try and this weekend is seriously going to be great... Its worth it.

I've been trying to ask the devs on twitter and even called the CSR's at Sony and nobody has been able to answer. I would gladly pay to resub, I loved the game that much (I played it a lot more than my friend ever did even though it was his). I guess the main thing I wanna know is if it will impact my beta status at all. :(

I'm having a hell of a time actually finding the subscription page. It seems station doesn't even have that option in the account menu anymore.

K, after a very long convo with SOE I finally was able to subscribe after changing my password 3 times. You're sure this will get me in early right?

I had to purchase to subscribe, but I got 30 days free with it so technically I didn't pay anything for the subscription. Hopefully this counts as veteran access though. I'd be quite annoyed if I just used 20 bucks for nothing >__>

why pay for ps1 when ps2 beta starts this month?

also the fact that every other ps1 player is getting it for free this month.

and really its free because soe really they just want to give ps1 veterans a single day with populated server to remember ps1 (july 1st) for a day.

the rest of the month they expect the ps1 guys will be playing ps2.

edit: you're trying to buy a beta key this way? man you could get it other ways.
