Here is what I came up with (doesn't include case):

SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner - $14.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151244)
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7850 2GB - $239.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102986)
Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W Continuous Power -$69.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371031)
SAMSUNG 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 - $49.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147096)
Intel Core i5-3570K/MSI Z77A-G43 Combo - $317.98 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.975660)
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus - $29.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065) ($10 MIR)
Spinpoint F3 500GB HDD - $79.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152181)

Total = $802.92

Cases:

Cosair Carbide 400R - $99.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139008&Tpk=Corsair%20carbide%20400r)
Lian Li PC-K62 - $99.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112239)
COOLER MASTER HAF 912 - $59.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233)
Fractal Design Core 3000 ATX Mid Tower - $69.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352010)

Other options? $30 more you can get a 1TB HDD. If you want to go Nvidia you can switch out to a GTX 560 Ti (384 core) or a 570. Your resolution is pretty low so even 7850 maybe overkill.

A couple days before ordering bump this thread, so we can go over the parts one more time. In case something is on sale.
