Cert changing

I know about the 24 hour cert changing time limit, but is it 24 hours per cert or just 24 hours for however many certs you want to change?

i believe is is 24 hours per cert, so if you get rid of two you'll get the first one back in 24 and the second back at the 48 hour mark, not sure tho
