My thoughts:
Better as a poster than a tshirt, sorry, would not buy, :( Nice art though!
Games tshirts need plausable deniability to be worn a lot. Something with a simple NC logo over the left breast would be ideal. Otherwise you can only wear it on days when you're sure other players of that game will be around, which is....once a year at a convention maybe?

My Thoughts:
Honey did billy get into the markers again?

Not a bad design, but I feel a Beta Date in large black letters would really bring the image together.

I agree with this posters logic

It would be an awesome poster. As far as t-shirts go, I always prefer subtle/minimalist approach. For example, for an NC shirt, I'd want the NC logo on the upper-center chest, or maybe upper-right chest, solid blue or yellow background.

That's how I feel too. Except I would go with a solid black or white background.

For a shirt, I'd much rather it to be simplier.
Just an empire logo or a motto on a background of the right color would be enough.
But as Synapse says, the design itself isn't bad, it'd be really great as a poster :)

It looks like a shirt from the 90's.. Better as a poster agreed :)

Having worked in a Hard Rock Cafe I'm pretty used to seeing overly "busy" tshirt designs - I'm only surprised that's not the back with just an NC logo on the front or some other simple thing.
It's certainly not something I'd wear (and I love my garishly obnoxious in-your-face attire, though usually it's just bright yellows or oranges to contrast with the perpetual grey of the UK) - and it'd be pretty cool as a poster as those above have said.
Nice bit of design work though.
However, if they oversized the tshirt so you could wear it like a set of pyjamas, I'd be more inclined to throw some money at it (or maybe just buy an XL or something)... Come to thing of it, I'll just do that instead </internal monologue>

Agreed Poster.
For a shirt I would honestly like to get my hands on some simple ES cloth patches.
Get a police type military kind of button up shirt and put patches over the left breast pocket and on the right sleeve on the shoulder facing out. Maybe try to get a cloth patch of of my Outfit's logo or my character's Battle Rank logo on the left shoulder sleeve..
Yeah.. that would be awesome.

That would look good on my wall in a frame and all the devs signatures on it. As for a Shirt, def. not.
I like simplicity, like a plain black polo with a small NC logo on it.
What's the matter with all of you? It's dope! Reminds me of Junk Food's retro tees. They're cool (least they are in London).

I would prefer a black and red, microfiber polo style shirt with a TR logo on the left breast. Tasteful, functional and professional.

That. Or a big fat TR logo on the front with LOYALTY UNTIL DEATH emblazoned underneath it, and the PS2/SOE logo on the back.
Faction clothing should at least try to look like something an avatar *in* the game would wear, instead of something that looks like a movie advert worn by an excitable teenager.
My thoughts are... It's NC who gives a flying..

If they will be able to ship the shirts in all of Europe without shipping prices then I'd buy a few of them.

With the exception of 1 shirt, all my normal clothes have no advertising on them. (That one is for the National Nuclear Museum and was a gift) So I agree with the functionality guys. Remember that the demographic you're aiming for isn't in the teenaged range anymore. Most of us have grown up (physically) and need something we can wear with out being constantly reminded we are wearing it.
My favorite gaming shirt that I had was a black Brotherhood of Nod shirt with a massive Nod symbol on the back and a small C&C marker on the front. I still think this is the best layout but I've rarely found shirts that follow it. I'm still waiting for a shirt that's black with a massive red mark of Khorne (preferably filled in like this (http://media.comicvine.com/uploads/5/58580/2023333-khorne.jpg) rather than just the normal mark (http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/mediawiki/images/1/1c/Khorne_mark.png)) but so far no luck. If I could get a black or white shirt with a large VS logo on the back I'd be really happy.
(One reason I like this is that I can wear a coat over it and it becomes a normal shirt if I need to go out someplace that I don't feel comfortable at. I can't exactly do this with my current VS shirt no matter how much I like it.)

So what you're saying is, you need something in size XXXXL?
Edit: Just noticed you sig - fun fact: my ancestor (John Skelton b.1460-d.1529) created (or at least was the first person to document) the phrase "by hook or by crook"... You're welcome!

Eww, god it's NC. Why would anyone want to buy that? It looks like they went to one of those airbrush stores where they put whatever u want on the shirt. And it's NC!
Make the exact same thing with VS and I'm all over it though. :D

Sooo, despite the generally negative feedback in this thread, they went ahead with that design anyway.

What do you think? I wanted a tshirt, but I won't buy one of these.
At least twitter seems positive about them.

Here's my thing. The art is great. I'm not an artist nor do I want to be. So I can respect someone who can draw and create something from scratch. Mad props to them for that. But I just don't have any desire to buy art. Not to hang in my house, not to slap on my car, not to wear on my chest. So these shirts, while cool, do not appeal to me in the slightest. I hope they sell a bazillion of them or give them away or whatever, but even if I was handed one, I would probably never wear it. Just isn't my "style".

I think it's a matter of mostly vets hang at psu. Agreed with everyone else, plain black shirt, red TR logo on the breast or sleeve, something I can wear around the office. I believe most vets are all the 30+ professionals who need something a little more subtle.

Kinda funny everyone likes PS2/Video games enough to post online, spend hours playing it and converse endlessly with friends about it - but wearing a shirt that reveals that to "society" makes us dislike the idea... But a poster in our private room is good though. Lol.
Most games, companies or events that have shirts do a simple logo shirt. Its awesome to see original art for a change. I would buy it and rock it as is. If people ask, I'll tell em what it's for. I'm not afraid or worried about that - if people are gonna judge or view it negatively, I'm probably better off without that person all together.

Yeah... I wouldn't buy that either. And not just because it's NC.

I'd buy the NC one . . . to burn it . . . ;)
I'd buy a VS one for memorabilia, and another to actually wear. Wouldn't be an every day shirt, but at same time I'd rock it in public.
I would wear the TR one and i would buy a poster with it on 2 :D
I really like the art work and would wear it in public, + white is a nice change most game tshirts are black or dark colours :)
