Good odds that I will.
I tend to play games casually with occasionally a weekend of increased activity. I'll probably want to make the most of those weekends.

I will probably do the same early on. But if I'm liking the game, and depending on how tough it is to 'grind' things that have boosters, I'll probably get one occasionally.

I am almost certainly going to play this game a lot so it's going to depend on how easy it's going to be to earn xp+resources without using a booster. I probably will end up buying a booster once in awhile.

if this game is good, i will spend as much as possible to show my support as a fan and customer.

I'll probably buy them at some point, yep. Really, I'll probably buy everything in the store at some point.
Will buy mostly cosmetic with a some xp/resource boosters from time to time.

Boosters seem like cheating to me, so no.
Given how excited others are about boosters, maybe I just have to grow into it.
The naughty belly dance costume however... oh wait it´s not in the game you say?

I'm hoping that the booster implants are included with the sub option or something similar.

Im planning premium sub if they add it, and i think that would be included in it. So answer is yes.
But if there wont be anything like that i pay only for cosmetic and not boosters. I plan to play PS2 often so i get there without boosters.

I think I would more likely buy items that last forever than items that last x days or y times.

I've never purchased a booster before, but I have a feeling that I will. I don't have as much time as I used to, but mostly I just want to support the game.

One booster to get things going at the start.

I will be strategically choosing my boosters. IIRC they were going to fit into implant slots at the expense of something else. Maybe that's been changed since I heard it, but that idea was kicked around a couple months ago.
I will be poor after the first year of play :D

The current iteration has an implant spot specifically for boosters. The choice then becomes which booster to choose for that slot.

Most likely this, it feels like I was the only one who played without boost past Tier2 in WoT(World of Tanks). I actually got to Tiger I without paying a single cent, though getting to Tiger II without boost was impossible.
So as long as PS2 isn't as bad as WoT I most likely wont pay for any boosters. Leaves more moneh for badass zebra skins and decals!

Yup, most likely will.... I already get Station Cash every month for having an All Access pass. Think they started giving it to all F2P game accounts they have a couple months ago. (i.e. DCUO (http://www.dcuniverseonline.com/free/))

You do realise the game is free to play, but not free to get you will still have to buy the game which may very well not be far off that 50€ mark.

Hum what? You won't have to buy the game since it's free to play, they gain money with micro-transactions.

Actually, the game will be entirely free to play, you won't need to buy it because if you did , then it wouldn't exactly be FREE, would it?

No.
Short answer, but I am just being realistic given my history with other F2P games. I buy stuff, not XP.

Since i'm only really able to play games once or twice a week, I'll Probably buy exp boosters. and cosmetic items

My golden rule with F2P games is only buy things that give a permanent benefit, everything else is off limits. Playing the coin-op game is a slippery slope.

They said the progression system was EvE-like, unless that's changed.... That type of system will break you to purchase boosters!

That really surprises me, never thought the actuall game would be free, just free to play once purchased.
And I have looked around while I can't find anywhere that's says you would get the game free, same time none say you have to pay for it, one think I did notice was the dev's always say free to play, which does mean free to get.

Free-to-Play definition (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free-to-play): Free-to-play (F2P) refers to any video game or social or mobile application that has the option of allowing its players/users to play/download without paying.

i may pick up a resuorce booster now and then just to build up a reserve.
however if the standard rate of BEP and resources is to slow the game will die a slow and painfull death.

Yup I think I was wrong from this post(below) it does seem as the game will be free to DL, and all future DLC will also be free.
Smedley: It doesn’t. It’s free. There’s this notion out there about free-to-play, but not only does it not change the size of the team, we’ve also got to keep content coming at a fast pace to make this work. What separates you from the competition is our ability, or any other free-to-play company’s ability, to keep consumer interest. My personal opinion is that free-to-play is probably the most capitalistic, true form of capitalism there is in gaming because it is pure. The game works or it doesn’t. There’s no gimmick. Our marketing team is incredible, but it’s a lot harder. Basically, they can bring people in the door, but if they don’t spend a dime, that’s 100 percent on the game. If you’re selling the box, you can build up hype around the box and make a lot of money that way. This is a different paradigm now.

Im hoping that these " Boosters " will enable to cert into things and obtain these quicker, not only for BEP as per say.
I will buy every damn thing in the shop :)

early on i will...since they just ran a special double points on sony station. i got 10000 pts stored up now for camos and exp/cert boosters. it'll be handy early on to at least get a galaxy spawn cert, infiltrator certs/invisibility, sniper rifle certs, and some command certs. combat engineer will probably be the other class i hop on a lot too so that would be handy to eventually cert out too. i dig what they are doin with the engineer class.

Hell I got money already spent on SC, so yea depending on premium sub, I was planning to get
im going to be buying whatever boosters i can cause camo/skins dont interest me
i doubt i will ever be boosterless - im going to be playing with boosters 100% of the time

I have no need to purchase boosters as I have the time to put into game however depending on some of the cosmetics its likely that i'll spend some cash on them

I think it's likely that I'll buy them on whatever character I play the most but if they open up a second faction character slot or I make a character of a different faction on another server for giggles I wouldn't bother with it.

Ya. I'm sure I will. Just for the love of god I hope its not as slow to do anything as Tribes. Tribes feel borderline pay-to-win with that perma-booster after purchase and it taking 100 years to unlock a gun that does crap damage.

I'd buy the exp bonus, and probably the camo for the different places like desert first then the jungle when it comes, etc...

I'll buy a couple of camos, functional only. I'm not into purple zebras but if I can get a 1/4 second advantage, I'll take it. Jungle, arctic, grassland and whatever other continent I play on a lot...
XP boosters from Thursday to Sunday, resource booster if I can capitalise. If my faction owns 50% of the map, I'll get a +% resource booster because the resource increase will be more minerals in an absolute sense. Then I'll try gear and options that are more resource intense.

So I voted yes to buy a booster occasionally... But it got me thinking, and then I got worried... Are there going to be boosters for the resources that you use to buy grenades and tanks, etc.? I kind of hope not because that would be a gameplay advantage too far I think... I'm hoping boosters are just for weapon unlocks and certs.
