Howdy NC, TR and Vanu alike! I love polls, who doesn't love polls? Polls are brilliant. So I thought we'd make a little collection of our favorite polls together, making it easier for people to access as many polls as they can easily and put in their opinions on whatever the matters of respective polls would be. It's also a way to keep polls active, there are -loads- of forgotten polls many pages behind that are still relevant.

I'll be adding polls that I find myself but I'll definitely need help so just post em below (or PM) and I'll add them to the list. I wont be keeping it in alphabetical order but rather just add more and more below as they come in so that you can easily see if there have been new polls added since the last time you checked in.

I'll be the judge of wether a poll is interesting or not but as a democratic-treat I'll add any poll with more than 100 votes even if I see it as pointless :) (With exception of out-dated polls)

I have read most of the polls and voted in a few while still contemplating my answer for others.
If it wasnt for the Planetside Feed on twitter (@psucom_feed) I would have missed a lot of polls.

Awesome thread, how about grouping them into at least two categories though? For example, direct gameplay related issues like the quickknife thread, or other than gameplay issues such as Punkbuster or player avatar gender.

Thats a very good idea, I had plans on grouping them together in some way but hadnt given it much thought- I'll get to that as soon as I can :)

Quick knife/stock strike/no melee has nothing about NO MELEE, it is about EQUIPPED MELEE. It's "no QUICK melee", confusing some people on the thread a bit I think.

First read this as "A Collection of Interesting Trolls". I thought it was a great idea to identify them all up front.

As far as I can see no one is creating new polls, but old polls that are on the list are coming to the first page again. Personally I don't see the problem, and the first page isn't "overflowing" with polls, there are just more of them than usuall as much as it can hurt.

It is up to the moderators if this will be stickied though, their call. The thread wont be unactive just because of that though so don't worry.

They're live polls, so any results he posted would quickly become out of date.

Yeah I spoke a bit too soon. But Polls are made, with or without this thread. And as I said, my main point of my post was basically that I don't see the problem on the first page, it's definitely not overflowing with polls and even if there are many polls- so what? As long as they're fun they make more sense being on the first page than most of the other threads you see there.

Anyway, was interesting to see it as a sticky, but I don't see a reason why it would stop doing good without it being so. I'll continue updating the thread like before it got stickied :)

They do at first but then they settle down ...

Not that many polls are made so the collection will be updating much slower now, but as soon as I or someone else finds a worthy poll- it will be added to the bottom just like the others :) With the Beta around the corner I believe a lot new visitors will be coming to the forums- just yesterday the boom was up at 250-300 viewing pretty much all day long.

Added the Active Reload-poll to the In-Game related poll-list. The list may not be updating very quickly due to a small amount of polls being made and you can't expect anyone to look the thread up in order to ask for a poll to be added- and I'm not a huge fan of bumping; So I'll just update the thread when I find an interesting poll and make a note of that in a new post.

In other words: The thread will be inactive when no interesting polls are made unless members of the community post in it every now and then :) I'll update it personally when I find polls.
