Site has been down for weeks now and it doesn't look like it is coming back.

Yeah, the Ukraine hit them with a pretty nasty DDoS attack and then actually shut them down manually a few days ago.

Anonymous is trying to fight back but there's not much that can be done when someone's literally pulled the plug on the website.
