View Full Version : Are polls here incorrect?

As much as I enjoy polls, I think, because this community cares so much about the game, that the samples drawn here are biased.

I'm rather curious to see if new players will bring something new to the table, or will they evenly disperse amongst the set paradigm.

Polls have shown that current forumsiders are about 50% PS1 vets and 50% people new to the franchise. And the game hasn't even reached beta yet.

So once open beta starts and tons (TONS) of people who haven't even heard of Planetside yet get hooked... yeah biases are going to change a lot I think.

Um, I have to ask. What does paradigm mean? I know I could look it up, but I'd rather not because I have problems.

I just noticed this forum got no facepalm-smiley.
Isnt it because people are serious about stuff, that they vote seriously?
Halfhearted polls are so empty.

But I think when stuff is easy to enrage others... then the trolls will strike and ruin every "serious" poll.
