f2p game betas such as Firefall and Blacklight Retribution didnt have NDAs. It depends on the devs. Lets see what happens. Just the word of beta happening atm, even with an nda is good enough.

F2P games often have NDAs, I am in the World of Warplane closed beta and i can only say I'm part of it. So I think it will that type of NDA.

Unless they don't want dates or number of people in an event released, no point in a NDA. One of their philosophies have been to be completely open with the community as far as game mechanics and art and all that. Amount of footage we have seen is ridiculous.

If you look deep enough, you'll see the mystery tweet actually said Planetside 2 was cancelled and the engine will be salvaged for a new Matrix Online.

You mean the Observer Effect (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Observer_effect_%28physics%29) in particle/wave effect observations, not the Uncertainty principle that basically states that there is not enough variables to measure the properties of a sub-atomic particle, meaning, say; you measure the velocity of an electron, you then cannot measure it's position without stopping the measurement of it's velocity, and vice-versa...

Where as the observer effect is where that measurement characteristic will change by simply observing the measurement... meaning you change the outcome of the measurement by simply doing the measurement...
