Does anyone know if there will be any support for the G15/G19 keyboards?
Would be nice to have health, armor etc.. show on the game panel. Or maybe who is talking like the TS plugin allows.

It stands to reason that this would be a third party application of some form.

To create separate forms and to fill it with real time data for a small number of people with a specific keyboard seems like a complete waste of development time.

Its up to the keyboard manufacturer (Logitech in your case) to provide support for the games.

It is NOT the responsibility of the game designers to make sure it works with your keyboard.

given the open nature to app creation, It should be easy for a coder in the know to make a G15/19/13 app, although, I seem to find its just easier to use the method provided by the game in most cases, I use mine to display all my system stats from overclocks to RAM temperatures and data speeds, ADIA64 is the best app for a G15 you can get IMO.

Ive got a g19 and the only decent app i could find for TS3 i ended up having to buy, which is so lame. Not lame to support software developers but lame because an app for something that commonly used shouldve been made by logitech and been free. I know somebody will eventually make an app especially since its all gonna be open source if i remember right. So as many people are in love with this game im sure if not at launch then within a few weeks after you should be able to find one. Im sure hoping so because id love to have one too. Would be awesome if it would switch between your stats, the territory map and not sure how the mission system will work but maybe list the squads current mission too. Theres so much they could do with it i think.

I would really love to see G19/G15 Support, I love how games like Blacklight communicate with my G19, and it would be just another cool feature to have, apparently the apps dont take very long to figure out either.

And yet developers still do it. The best one I've seen so far is Borderlands. Those devs went out of their way to add a real-time updating XP/Money/etc tracker with a dancing claptrap in the background.

The most productive thing ever? Not really.
Appreciative userbase? Very. Especially considering that that was one of the only ways to know how much money you had after you hit the 99999 mark. (Or whatever the ui limit was.)

I know the G13 works really nicely with Everquest 2 so hopefully the trend continues and it works with PS2. I would be surprised if it didn't being that their target market seems to be MMO players.

I have a G510 (with is essencially a G15 with a different look and RGB leds) and I never use it for games. When I want to look at my ammo count I'll use the screen since that is faster. I mainly use the screen to monitor my PC with LCDSirReal.

No movement. If SOE doesn't expose the hooks for it, there's not much app developers can do easily.

I had searched around for a while and never came across one, there were quite a few requests for one on various forums but the answer was pretty much always the same as maradine's.

I finally gave up on my G15, I purchased a new desk and am trying to use the keyboard slide-out drawer(not a fan so far), but the G15 was simply too long length wise. Finally decided on a mechanical keyboard with the cherry black mx switches that is about 2.5" shorter.

On another side note, I saw this today on wimp.

We have the API. Anyone could program it themselves.
The issue is, I guess, it won't update liv

>>> NEVERMIND.

The API doesn't provide access to in-client data, which is what these requests are generally looking for. If all you want is stuff that's available over the API (presence data, for example), then you can go write that right now.
