uhh check your website URL there have been some scams going around
if it is wrong head over to https://auth.station.sony.com/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Faccount.station.sony.c om%2Fj_spring_cas_security_check&theme=ps2&locale=en_US and log in or if you don't want to trust that goto www.planetside2.com or type it into your browser and then click on station account link under the beta key redemption and log in

What was the URL of the website you were trying to log into?
Also, this isn't the forum to get technical help.
the url was at auth.station.sony.com, and i know it was legit because i reset both passwords and got an email back to both inboxes when i entered station name. a phisher wouldnt be able to email me if i type my station name into the forgot password box. i know this isnt tech support but i figured i would see if anyone else had this glitch before i contact soe. i can't seem to log in anywhere.

morf, I think he meant "Forum section". Not the entire forums.
He meant these types of questions go in the Tech Forum (http://www.planetside-universe.com/forumdisplay.php?f=19) section of PSU.

Had the same problem when trying to get back into my original SOE account when Beta news first started happening. Reset my password and couldn't get in. Contacted customer support and they said they'd help me if I could give them the credit card number I'd used when I'd last played 5 years prior. I'd lost my wallet about 2 years prior and reset all my cards, so I didn't have those numbers just laying around.
Just made a new account. Very frustrating and now I have to use a key since I can't get into my vet account.

Well at least we got key priority straightened out ;)
Anyways, mort, I checked out the link. Very slow/strange, and the only way I got it to load was through a search engine. Still seemed legit enough, though. I was able to log in just for shits, and change my password immedialy after. However, it didn't do anything else for me. What were you instructed to do, exactly?

If it came through gmail, and passed SPF, that's pretty much legit.

I can't log in either, haven't been able to for a very long time, since E3.
My IP is blocked for god knows what reason, but hopefully it gets its head out of its ass.

Contact Sony via phone. They will work with you to verify you, then reset things. They may ask for your old Credit Card info, but if you don't have it they can ask other questions to verify. If the rep gives you a hard time, just politely hang up and call back. I had to do that and had no issue.
