Finally :)

Is Serious Sam 3 fun? The game costs €13,59, and I got a 75% coupon from Raptr, so that brings the total at €3,40. Not that I really can get wrong with it at that price :p However maybe I will wait to see if it even gets a lower price, and then use my coupon on that.

Yes serious sam is great it take a little while before the real action start but when its start its a lots of fun :D and for 3 euro its a must buy

Depending on what you like, personally i love the Serious Sam Games, But i like Games like that, the New Painkiller is also very nice, btw ;)
