View Full Version : Stealth Suit Damage?

Ok, I have an idea for stealth suits. Every hit, depending on power, should make the suit flicker. An AMP hitting it with a bullet would flicker very shortly, but a Gauss round would make the thing appear for a second. Also, when Armor is at 0%, and Health starts taking damage, the suit should NOT stealth anymore. It's broken. When it regains at least 1/25 integrity from a ND or something, it should work again. ALSO, maybe when it is severely damaged, it could emit a louder humming noise. Just my .02 cha-ching.

Inf. suit has no armor in the first place. There's a thread a little down the list. There's a pic where it shows armor of 0/0. It has one pistol slot. It's an Inf. suit.

i believe it already flickers when hit as well

I would like the idea of it not working once it's gone, though (if it was ever there in the sense you're talking about). But, if you're going to do that, you should make the MAX explode when the armor's gone. Or just shut down, leaving the soldier trapped inside to starve to death.:D

How is the humming lame diluted? Please back up your posts. Also, Infil suits are either 25 or 50 armor rating, I'm 85% sure it's 25. Also, I wasn't sure if flicker was already there or not.

The suit doesn't hum, the knife in secondary mode does.

anyone know how long a stealth suit can stay in stealth mode, i mean does it have an energy sorce???

Suit already does become partially unstealthed when hit, devs states this a while ago :)
If you add a humming noise to stealthers, it completely negates the ability to stealth around.

Backstory i assume is same as vehicles, it draws it's energy from the gates.

Yeah. The Infiltration Suits can stay stealthed indefinitely, although you can turn it on and off too, as you can see in the Fileplanet video.
