European players not being in beta until EU Server is up

A friend said to me that us, the European players will not be in beta until our European Server is up, I feel fucked right now if this is true.

On the other hand i don't see what the deal is with us not joining the american beta server. Isnt the PS server in america atm which everyone's playing on.

I just think there won't be an EU server for testing for a while longer, but you will be able to test on the US servers just fine.
