Do you have to be subbed to PS1 since before July to get into day 1 of PS2 beta?

Hello. I started subbing to PS1 in the end of May, but I did not have enough money to pay from June to July, But in the end of July I started subbing again and now i heard that if you wasn't subbed since before July, you would not get in to the first day of PS2 Beta!!! I would be very happy if someone could tell me if this is true or not.

The cutoff for active subs is monday at 8am so u have like 15 hours to sub up

The most recent information states that if you are an active subscriber of PS1 or the SOE game pack that includes PS1 you will be in the first day of beta come Monday.
