4 - PlanetSide vets do not need a beta key, their accounts will be flagged for beta and they will receive an email letting them know – if you are a PlanetSide veteran, make sure your station account email is up to date.

I'm a vet, I've played Planetside since the beginning. However, I lost my account info a long time ago. I started a new account when Planetside had that trial period where you could play for free up to a certain BR. Since I don't know the account info for my long standing account I had to use the new account that has much less time on it (in fact I never paid for a sub, I just played during the free trial period with it) to sign up for PS2 beta.

Does that account count as a Vet account?

Let's assume it does, I also bought a PC Gamer mag (just in case) and entered my PC Gamer beta key when I signed up for beta, Does that push me back to the PC Gamer key wave or do I still count as a vet? Which one takes precedence?

Assuming that account is a vet account, people with active subscriptions to PS2 are getting in first. I got 45 days free for Planetside day (which leads me to believe that my account is considered a vet account) in which I did use to play. The account is still active on that free time right now, does that count as an active subscription or will that put me in the second wave?

Afaik Reservers people don't count as vets, unless you paid for atleast one month of subscription.

You have to have subscribed to Planetside 1 at anytime before 2PM PST Today, to be considered a Vet.

So that will put me in the PC Gamer key wave? unless I somehow miraculously remember what e-mail I was using back in 2003.. and the password to it, assuming it's still even active. :D

You can try contacting support and giving them your username, all possible passwords, all possible email addresses used, all payment information, your state of residence at the time, your old CC information, etc etc.

That's the best you can do.

Also, you won't be included in the next wave of vets if you haven't signed up for beta.

Try contacting customer support. I've heard they've actually been pretty helpful with siutations similar to yours.

You can always do what I did to retrieve mine. I called soe customer service. They worked with me to get the information I needed to prove it was me and get me my original account back. Hell, I thought my login name was my password for it. But after a while and them asking the right questions I was able to get it back. Just call them.. They'll work with you.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!

I got in contact with soe support and they actually found my account from back in the day with vet status!

It was under a username that I only vaguely remember using. I just signed up for beta again using the old account, hopefully signing up "late" doesn't hurt my chances of getting in sooner and hopefully there is no conflict with my previous sign-up since both accounts use the same e-mail address now. :\

Thanks again everyone.
