ATM i own a 5 year old Acer m1640. the only thing i have done to it is upgraded to Win 7

http://support.acer.com/acerpanam/desktop/0000/Acer/AspireM1640/AspireM1640sp2.shtml

To cut a long story cut gonna order some upgrade parts in the next day. Cant afford a brand new rig atm gonna build one when ps2 is done.

Looking at the build i have now what could i do to make games ;) run better?

I also have a macbook air 2010 but that would be silly

Budget?
What CPU is actually in the thing?
Do you already have a graphics card in there?
This isn't a mid-tower is it? Are the cards only half height?
That 250w powersupply isn't going to cut it for most decent video cards: Is yours full sized?

Frankly when it's that old, I'd just build a new computer all together.
What's your budget?

8800 is a legendary card series. Keep in mind the card is from 2006. It will run games, but probably more at default/low settings.

You will still need a new PSU, that old one will blow up if you try to put in an 8800.
