Perhaps i have missed the information or my brain has forgotten it.

Anyway i remember explaining outfits can have specializations for what they do but is there any alliances between outfits for very large ones to be split into essentially there specializations? Having an armor division,Infantry Division, and air division etc.

No. We're all allies on the same faction!

But they did say you could have custom, password protected channels. My guess is you could use these to bind multiple Outfits together.

Essentially they are yet to reveal the detail to us yet.

In PS1 there were outfits, I hear, that had different divisions. I think they achieved this within the ps1 outfit system - which means pretty much outside the game. For example, seperate channels within teamspeak with a command channel for errrr commanders. :)
