Getting new Parts ... good choice?

Hello everyone,
i am currently about to get myself a new pc (my old one is just too weak for any new game)

I already bought me a Radeon HD 6870, currently im looking on an I5 3450, a ASRock P67 Pro3 SE (B3) and 8GB-Kit Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 MHz CL9.

Would you recommend me anything else? My budget is limited to 300€, so this is currently the best as i could find. I don't know much about Motherboards so i could have chosen a bad one (yes/no?).

Due to not overclocking the P67 isn't beneficial to you in anyway. I would look into the B75 or H77 chipset. RAM is likely ok as long as its not wicked expensive as some shops like to over price Corsair ram. What site are you looking at buying from?

I have changed the mainboard to the "MSI B75A-G43, Intel B75, ATX, DDR3" should be a correct one i think.

About the parts, im buying them from a german website, for the Corsair Ram-Kit i pay ~45€.

If you don't need the extra slots I would look into this B75 (http://www.amazon.de/Asrock-B75-PRO3-M-Mainboard-Speicher/dp/B007RQ0HSA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1344696570&sr=8-1). I wouldn't go nuts spending the extra money on stuff you don't need is all.

What case are you putting this into?

I'm planning to put this things in my old case. Since im very spare on money i can't afford a new one, and as far as i know ATX is a standard size. I dont know if there will be issues when i go for mATX (size and so).

mATX fits in any ATX case I'm pretty sure. If you feel better going for an ATX be my guest of course.

Do you know if i could run into any temperature issues with the mentioned setup? I don't have any special cooler and my case is also old (if this matters). My room temperature in summer can hit up to 30°C. Not sure how it will perform in my case. My GPU goes up to 58°C while fan is just working with 40%.

Unless you are running 85 C+ plus on the GPU or 75 C+ on the CPU under high load I wouldn't worry.

If you run everything stock you should be fine. Might just have some substantial fan noise.

You need a P67 mobo if you want to crossfire. The only advantage to H67 is integrated graphics which will not be used anyways in this situation.

As i never intended to go for crossfire i should be fine then. I like to have integrated graphics (you never know what happens) AND i plan to let everything run "on stock". I'm totally not in the "push your parts near the endline"-train :D
