Im not in the beta or tech test or any of that shit and i could care less if I get into beta now, I heard that the game is cheaply made and is like other free 2 play models, basically what you would expect of a f2p game. They said that its not up to par to other first person shooters and is basically...cheap.

The person I heard it from said, Sonys free Bullet run game has better game dynamics.

Cant wait for Black Ops 2 in November!

I think it's because there are shields to prevent spawn camping people in PJ's ;)

you know alot of thing sin history that were said, were often opinions or lies perpetuated by people who didnt actually know, or have honest motives about.

play the game and judge it.

Word on the street is that you don't know what you're talking about.

This game is not like F2P shooters of years past.

Heh, TG does not cheat and never will nice accusations without proof. No one in TG even played the beta yet but this is what I heard from someone who has. What you fail to realize though is that this game is going to get hacked to pieces by paysites and if people get banned they can just register a new name.

If people with half a brain know what they are doing, Punkbuster (if its implemented) will bring down whole servers with thousands of people at a time.

Not trying to start an argument, just in a sense a forewarning of what to expect.

Have a nice day I'm signing out.

I mean why bother to buy armor vehicles or air when that will literally get raped in seconds by softies.

Funny, the armor in the videos seem to do just fine when driven smartly. Also, they said there would be armor certification that would allow customization.

Not all features are available in the beta. They should be complaining on the forums, not just to each other. The devs supposedly read posts on the official forum.

Large coordinated assaults by outfits will do far better than mindless free for all zergings. I agree though that it's silly that Higby runs solo.

I've heard (real) vets gripe on vent about PS2. I see Higby play and I see what they are talking about. The game seems built for mindless foot zerging and no amount of outfit influence imho will change that when the game mechanics favor foot zerging. I mean why bother to buy armor vehicles or air when that will literally get raped in seconds by softies.

That's a good point.

Hold judgement...

I've seen some footage of said armor getting waxed by softies...

they were driving 1 by 1 through a canyon straight into a large mass of heavy infantry with RL's poised to ambush them.

I've also seen armor decimating infantry...

Size. Always. Matters.
:D

That's hardly a reason to say the game is crap. If the armor is too weak they will buff it. The VS stream showed some good tank survivability today.

Well maybe you're right and we just need smart people to drive theese vehicles.

Ambush is Ambush, but yah... I've seen some pretty brazen driving.

Just cause you have armor doesn't mean you can charge head on into a 20+ man defensive line by yourself.

Half the time they don't even have a gunner.

Wow I've heard the exact opposite. Organized teams are absolutely going to rape mindless zergs.

On another board I saw one guy's write up for a 3 hour or so run he had with some random guys who were actually all in a squad and working together/using comms. He said they were able to attack and defend out numbered. In his mind he thought that even given the state of the game currently it was quite obvious that the outfits that are use to working together as a unit are going to dominate.

Personally I can't wait to be able to run with a platoon of guildies and see teamwork make a difference.
